Lucy is the best! I called on very short notice for a bridal bouquet. I wanted CalaLillies. Lucy was wonderful. She created the perfect bouquet! I live in Florida and was not able to go to her shop so we communicate through phone, text and pictures. The bride, my daughter in law, loved it. Lucy also delivered early morning!

Lucy's Flowers sent the most exquisite bouquet to a sick friend. They were diligent about getting them delivered and when they were, they were perfect. I would absolutely order from them again, and thier customer service was exceptional.

My boyfriend ordered my Valentine’s Day flowers from this shop, and I later saw another review describing a similar experience. I understand Valentine’s Day is a busy time for florists, but it’s still important to have orders ready when promised. He placed the order at 1 p.m. and called before heading over, and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Unfortunately, it wasn’t ready and ended up being about an hour late. Since it was a pickup order, there also shouldn’t have been a delivery charge. The arrangement was beautiful, but it felt overpriced for what we received. The flowers appeared too mature and died within a day, which was very disappointing given the cost. I just expected better quality and longer-lasting flowers as advertised.

We had an untraditional wedding at a restaurant we love and wanted florals that felt unique and intentional. Lucy immediately understood the vision and guided us through design options, pricing, and setup considerations, making the entire process seamless. For the final design, we chose a single-stem calla lily look running down the tables. Lucy went above and beyond to source the highest-quality stems, and each one looked immaculate on the day of our wedding. The result was incredibly elevated and refinedβ€”we completely fell in love with it. The florals were beyond stunning and a huge part of what made the day so unforgettable for my husband and me. Lucy was professional, responsive, and deeply attentive to detail throughout the entire process. I highly recommend her!!!

I reached out to Lucy for my son’s rehearsal dinner in Williamsburg and told her what my vision was for 2 long farm tables. We communicated mostly by email, as I lived out of town, but every correspondence was not only professional, but warm and enthusiastic. It was important to me to support a local, small business and Lucy had great suggestions and it was beyond a pleasure working with her. She brought my vision for the evening to life…everything was beautifully executed and stress free on my end. I highly recommend Lucy’s Flowers for any floral needs!!
